Shipping Time: Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 working days after confirmation. You will receive a notification via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched. For custom products, shipping requires 4-7 days. Please note that our warehouse processes orders from Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Time: Delivery times generally range from 5-10 working days, depending on your location. For the North-Eastern States, delivery may take up to 15 days.

Order Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed, no changes are allowed. This includes cancellations, adding or modifying items, or altering coupon codes. Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming.

Product Availability and Delays: If any product in your order becomes unavailable or faces delays, we will notify you within 1-2 working days via call or message.

Discrepancies in Delivery: If your delivery status shows “delivered,” but you have not received the product, please notify us within 24 hours. Send an email with your order ID and the subject “Wrong Delivery Status” to sales@milltea.com. Failure to notify us within 24 hours will result in ineligibility for refunds or support.

Shipping Charges:  Shipping charges on our website offer free shipping for orders within a 5-kilometer range of our manufacturing area in Mulbagal town, District Kolar, Karnataka, with a pin code of 563131. For orders beyond 5 kilometers, shipping costs will be calculated based on weight and transport charges.
